J.D.R heating and cooling has not only come to our rescue once, but twice in the last year! In the winter months we had an issue where our furnace would only blow out cold air. We tried calling the original company that installed the unit, but they couldn’t come out for days. When I called J.D.R in a panic they eased my mind and came out later that same day. They took care of the issue and fixed some original install issues they noticed when they were here as well. The tech showed me the issues and charged a fair price and was really knowledgeable. So we joined the maintenance plan on the spot. We had our air conditioning unit serviced by them a few weeks ago and they were great then as well and gave some tips to try and get the most out of it for upkeep. Then when we discovered water in our utility room I called them in a panic about our water heater. They called me down and came first thing Monday morning to come look and see what the problem was. They confirmed the water heater was leaking and iy was time for a new one. They got the quote to me the same day and it was SO reasonable. We have a family member that could have helped us install but once he heard the quote he said to take them up on it since it came w the warranty. Once again the guys here were friendly knowledgeable and all the same guys throughout the last few visits. My husband and I have been so impressed with them and are thankful they were recommended to us when we had our first issue. They have been awesome and I cannot recommend them enough!!

These guys were terrific! They were professional, extremely well trained, and made sure to keep me informed when i passed by . I needed the whole thing, and it was 90 degrees outside. The new one was bigger than my old one and it took them all practically all day to install it. I never heard a negative thing from them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My house is so much cooler now. I cant say enough about them.

I highly recommend JDR Heating and Cooling! My air conditioning stopped working during this awful heat wave. I called on Wednesday evening, and Josh and Darius were able to fit me into their already packed schedule on Thursday. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and were great throughout the entire process of inspecting my system and explaining what they were doing. Josh also mentioned the benefits of their service plan in a no pressure way, which I ended up enrolling in because it seemed reasonable for the peace of mind it provides (how many of us wait until something breaks and can be more costly than regular maintenance). Their messaging and billing system is also helpful and user friendly. Happy to have JDR as a top-notch service provider in the area.

Josh and Darius came out to diagnose my AC issue and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, it was determined that my unit was beyond repair, and a replacement system was needed. On installation day, Robert came out and did an outstanding job. The installation was completed professionally, the work area was kept clean, and everything was explained thoroughly. The team even took care of registering my new unit, which was greatly appreciated. From start to finish, JDR provided fast, reliable, and top-notch service. A good friend of mine referred me to the company, they took good care of him so I decided to trust his word. Man did JDR not disappoint me.
